All of our inspectors will display their qualifications upon conducting a mold inspection at the property to assure you that you are in the best hands.
Our services include:
Visual (structural and mold) investigation:
Visual investigation throughout the property to assess if there's a problem related to previous water damage or active water damage, as well as whether or not there is physical mold growth in the property. We employ the usage of various pieces of equipment such as: infrared technology, moisture meters, air pumps, and hygrometers.
Also, unlike most mold inspection companies, we have the technology to test concrete (including tiles) for moisture for various issues, such as slab leaks. This is achieved using a TRAMEX concrete moisture meter.
There are various ways you can conclude whether or not there is a mold issue in your property. We offer the following types of sampling:
We use EMLab P&K lab to test our air and surface samples for mold. EMLab P&K is the leading lab in commercial indoor air quality in North America. It is a fully certified and accredited lab for mold (fungi) testing.
We test the moisture spots, or hidden areas in the wall cavities, with a FLIR C2 Thermal Imaging device. If issues are documented during the inspection, such as water leaks, missing insulation (which can cause condensation issues), broken air ducts, or ventilation issues, the thermal imaging pictures will be included in the report.
Full report with remediation recommendations:
During our inspection, we document every finding throughout the investigation to ensure the homeowner has comprehensive knowledge with regards to what is going on in their home. We also analyze the data from the samples taken during the investigation and make recommendations based off of the findings. We also make recommendations based off of potential sources of mold growth to ensure all preventative measures are taken.
Full lab results:
You will receive a full lab report on your samples as an addendum to the report, for your own records.
Apart from our own inspection and testing services, we also offer lab data interpretation of other companies air quality lab results. If you would like a second opinion on how the lab results were interpreted, or would like to have a company that has zero conflict of interest in interpreting the results, please feel free to reach out with your concern. There is a flat fee of $50 for a single set of lab results from an inspection.
We accept all major credit cards, check, Paypal and cash.
